This policy is written to reflect UK GDPR, the Data Protection Act 2018 and PECR, and Tagly's actual practices as of 23 October 2026. It is not a substitute for advice from a qualified solicitor.

4. Automated processing

Tag rankings are produced by an automated scoring engine in your browser. They are estimates for guidance and do not involve decisions with legal or similarly significant effects on you. Topics you type are not used to train any model.

5. Who we share data with

Only the processors needed to run Tagly: Stripe (payments), Hostinger (hosting), Google (analytics and advertising), Plausible (analytics) and our email provider. We do not sell personal data.

6. International transfers

Some processors, including Google and Stripe, may process data outside the UK. Where they do, they rely on safeguards recognised under UK GDPR, such as the UK International Data Transfer Addendum or adequacy regulations.

7. Retention

Contact messages are kept for as long as needed to deal with your enquiry and then deleted. Subscription records are kept for as long as accounting and tax law requires. Analytics data is retained according to the settings of each provider.

Under UK GDPR you have the right to access, correct, erase or restrict your personal data, to data portability, to object to processing, and to withdraw consent at any time. Email contactus@tagly.click to make a request.
